The license
Mountoon Learn is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. That is the agreement the app itself links to, and it is the one that governs your use of the app.
What is included and what is paid
- Seven visits — the letters M, S, A, T and the numbers 1, 2, 3 — are open to every family, always, with or without a purchase.
- The other thirty open in one of two ways: the lifetime unlock or the weekly plan. Both open the same thirty visits, and both work with Family Sharing.
- The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase. It does not renew and it does not expire.
- The App Store shows the current price in your own currency on the purchase sheet, before you confirm anything. No price is written into the app.
- The purchase screen sits behind the grown-ups gate in the app. Nothing is ever sold to your child.
The weekly plan
- The weekly plan is an auto-renewing subscription. Each period is one week.
- It renews automatically every week, at the regular weekly price, until you cancel it. If the first week is offered at a lower introductory price, every week after that is charged at the regular weekly price.
- Apple shows the exact prices in your currency on the purchase sheet before you confirm.
- It is billed by Apple to your Apple Account and managed by Apple. We never see your payment details, and we cannot change, cancel or refund a subscription for you.
- Cancel anytime on your iPhone or iPad in Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions. Cancel at least a day before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. After you cancel, every letter and number stays open until the end of the week you have already paid for.
- When the plan ends, the seven visits open to every family stay open and the other thirty close again. Nothing is deleted from your device.
- If you buy the lifetime unlock while the weekly plan is running, cancel the weekly plan yourself so that it does not renew.
Refunds
All App Store refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. A refund does not cancel a running plan; cancel it separately.
Privacy
Mountoon Learn collects nothing. Details: privacy policy.
